We focused on organising a clear calendar of events for the year ahead so she can approach her target audience at the correct time in the year, meaning a better chance of winning new work. `
We also built a strategic plan for the next 3 months. Worked on keeping the website up to date and developing an objective to target a new area in order to expand her client reach.
The Results
Therese now has a strong strategy in place to target her clients at the correct time in order to win consistent cash-flow.
In the final Business Strengths Assessment, her scores had increased in every category with an overall increase of 13%.
We worked hard to improve her business owner strengths including productivity and work/life balance. Her sales showed an increase of 69% and customers increased by 21% after focusing on the customer journey and a new strategic plan to drive new income.
As a result of her hard work, Therese won the RWC Innovative Business of the Year award in 2023.
Therese has developed new programmes and products from scratch to support schools which have led to strong business growth and the ability to scale up with a team.
