Hey BM Template User: a note from Britta (delete this section), Grab your FREE privacy policy template here!

Most lawyers charge hundreds of dollars for a privacy policy template. Bobby decided that was completely absurd… and I agree!

The privacy policy is the ONLY policy you’re required by law to have on your website, and you shouldn’t have to pay an arm and a leg to get one.

Basically, your privacy policy explains to visitors what information you collect from them when they visit and browse your website and what you will do (and won’t do) with that information.

So if you have a website, you have to have a privacy policy. But not just any privacy policy will do!

It’s tempting to find a random privacy policy off of the internet and paste it right on your site.

But the chances of finding a random privacy policy on the internet that will actually protect your specific business is about the same as meeting the president at the grocery store. Not every privacy policy floating around on the internet is written by a lawyer who knows the law that affects online businesses… which means they can actually put your business at risk.

Now, I would have created the template myself... had I been inclined to attend a fancy lawyer school. But, you know… here we are. So instead, I have no problem recommending it to you (using my affiliate link). I promise he doesn’t pay me to be his friend… but he may send me a little kickback if someone clicks on my link and signs up. Now THAT’S what I call a friend. 🙌
