“Hi, I’m Emma! I founded Real World Consultancy in 2018 to help small businesses overcome barriers to growth.
At a senior leadership level, my background was in analysis, change management, project and programme frameworks. It was this knowledge and experience, combined with my passion for SMEs and coaching, which led me to create a coaching and support method that has now helped more than 500 business owners.
One of the most important tasks for me has been finding business coaches who fully align with the values and approach of Real World Consultancy. We are known for our fun, ‘real’, and engaging approach to strategy and growth, and I'm proud of that.”

Christina is a strategist and coach who empowers business owners to achieve sustainable growth. She has extensive experience establishing and developing marketing departments at board level, and has a background managing marketing and software projects for SMEs across diverse industries.
Christina's expertise as one of RWC's Strategic Partners lies in aligning personal, professional, and business goals into a cohesive strategy for success. Her strategy and planning background, coupled with her empathetic coaching skills, enables her to guide clients through challenges and unlock their full potential. Christina's qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Life Coaching, a Foundation Certificate in Counseling Psychology, and a Diploma in Professional Marketing. Christina is also a Neurodiversity advocate.
Working with Christina feels like having a calming presence by your side, transforming chaos into clarity. Meet Sophie, A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA) and an ICF-accredited coach, who brings a unique blend of financial acumen and strategic insight to help businesses thrive. Sophie has a proven track record of helping companies secure investment, develop growth strategies, and navigate the challenges of scaling up. Her sessions are adaptable and insightful, focusing on empowering the client to make informed decisions and take purposeful action towards their personal, professional and business growth.
As an RWC Associate Strategic Partner, Sophie works directly with founders and business owners to align their personal, professional, and business goals into one cohesive strategy for growth. She leverages her strategic skills, financial insight, coaching focus, and facilitation skills to empower her clients and help them achieve their full potential.

Nic McDonald
Nic, an RWC Strategic Partner, brings over 20 years of experience in change, strategy and transformation, including her role as Director of Transformation for Greene King. As a Strategic Visionary and Transformation Maestro, Nic excels at strategy and planning. She is an accredited strategist, change manager, and project manager, with qualifications from Henley Business School and the ICF.
Not only that, she is an excellent facilitator who helps clients to bring their growth plans to life through strategy and planning, using her leadership and coaching skills to dig deep with clients to help them get out of their own way!
Nic will help you push your boundaries while feeling safe and encouraged. Since joining RWC in January 2025, Nic has already helped 30 business owners clarify their personal, professional, and business goals through strategy days and one-on-one sessions.
