How we helped

At the beginning, Nick’s Business Strength Analyser score was 36%. This is an amalgamation of scores for products and services, sales, customers, strategy, team, finance, technology, formalities, and wider impact.

During the coaching sessions, we supported Nick in developing long term and short term goals in order to develop a business plan. We worked on smaller actionable steps to help him achieve these short term goals which really got the ball rolling to start his business.

We also introduced him to our own online goal setting sessions and free networking events to connect him with other local Worcestershire Business owners.

The Results

By the end of the business coaching support, Nick had achieved a 51% growth across his business assessment.

We worked hard to improve his strategy and service offering to help him develop a winning business plan. As a result, his offering increased by 64% and strategy increased by 54%!

Nick made huge financial progress winning leads through our supportive and collaborative network. He has also grown in confidence now that he has a structured plan in place.
