During the one to one sessions, we focused on creating a strategy for Margaret’s business including the benefits of selling online on various platforms, creating a plan for networking to meet potential partners and have ideas for various collaborations.

We also introduced her to our own online goal setting sessions and free networking events to kickstart the process of introducing her to our Worcestershire Business network.

The Results

By the end of the strategic growth sessions Margaret’s strategy was being implemented and she had marketing plans for the various strands of her business, her website was launched, and sales were starting to roll in. 

In the follow-up Business Strengths Analyzer, Margaret’s scores had increased in every category with an overall increase of 152%.
