“For years I felt a deep frustration with the under regulated nature of the coaching industry. I searched tirelessly for a coaching qualification that truly aligned high level business strategy with professional coaching, one that could bridge the gap between a leader’s personal ambition and their business goals. When I found nothing that met that standard, I realised I had to create it myself.
I am endlessly passionate about the growth of business owners and leaders, and I am incredibly proud of how Real World Consultancy has evolved. I realised quickly that while I could impact individuals personally, I could reach many more by moving from coaching alone to training and supporting a world class team. Between 2018 and 2026, we delivered 1 to 1 coaching to over 1300 individuals through a network of coaches I personally trained.
In 2026, we made the pivotal shift to freeze our direct client intake and become the definitive accrediting body for the industry. I am now excited for the impact we can have. Just imagine the thousands of business owners, leaders, founders, and aspiring entrepreneurs we can ultimately support through a global network of accredited Vision to Value Coaches.”
